Qualified candidates will possess the following minimum requirements: Approximately five (5) or more years of project management experience in MEP Construction, Mechanical Contracting, Commercial/Industrial HVAC & Plumbing, Industrial Process Piping or Mechanical construction field. Demonstrated success managing larger mechanical construction projects HVAC, Mechanical Systems, Process Piping, Industrial Plumbing projects BA or BS degree a plus, not required: Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field PMP Certified a plus, not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Scheduling Tools Excellent leadership abilities Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills Responsibilities: Leading mechanical conversations during project coordination meetings.
