Receptionist Position Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 4:00pm with potential for an earlier start Position Description/Minimum Qualifications: The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, routing calls, and providing excellent customer service. This role performs general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document management, mail handling, and supporting agency staff. The receptionist also processes client payments, issues receipts, assists with basic billing questions, and has the opportunity to learn personal lines insurance concepts and assist with policy-related tasks as training progresses. Opportunity for additional hours based on availability and business needs.
Bilingual skills are highly valued. Requirements/Skills: Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and friendly customer service skills Basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and data entry Ability to answer and route phone calls efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a small office environment Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Willingness to learn basic personal lines insurance concepts and agency procedures
