Manager, Treasury
Overview
Reporting to the Vice President & Treasurer, the Manager, Treasury will primarily oversee the denovo (new build) financing process and will establish cash reporting on denovo builds and coordinate with the Facilities and Development teams. This position will work closely with other finance and operations teams to complete their responsibilities.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of capital management experience.
This role is an individual contributor and requires great attention to detail and organization.
Responsibilities Include
Sourcing funding with capital partners to develop denovo projects
Developing and maintaining cash flow and and cash flow forecasting models
Monitor and manage the company's cash position to ensure that cash requirements are accurately and timely forecasted and funded - at new de novo locations
Monitoring compliance with debt agreements
Analyzing and forecasting accounting and financial statements
Using budgeting, financial forecasting and modeling tools to help drive decision making processes with partner banks
Supporting senior management team and operations leadership with in-depth analysis of core and ad hoc capital management projects
Strong engagement skills with key stakeholders internally within Surgery Partners and externally with key bankers and legal teams
Prepare presentations and ad-hoc reporting and analysis at management's request
Complying and maintaining SOX documentation - responding to information and audit requests
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree required in finance or accounting
MBA, CTP, or CFA preferred
Experience
5-10 years of finance or accounting experience
2-5 years of banking experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with Treasury Management workstations a plus
Experience with multi-site facilities/companies and disparate date sources a plus
