Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time employees to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE or Higher.Minimum Requirements:An active Top Secret Security Clearance or Higher - REQUIREDAbility to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours.Commitment to safety policies and proceduresSuperior customer service skills Ability to understand oral and written instructions Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers' expectationsJob duties include the following:Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch pointsHigh and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrorsRestocking supplies and inventoryEmptying and disposing of trash and recycling binsVacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floorsCleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevatorsCleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrorsPhysical demands may include the following on a regular basis:Walking and standingClimbingBending forwardWearing hip/backpack vacuumReaching, grasping, pushing, and pullingLifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulderCompetitive Compensation Package Includes:Competitive base pay in the mid to high $27 to $29 per hour.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage401(k) with Company matchCompany-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disabilityPaid time offFlexible schedulesOpportunity to learn and grow professionally.Mister Kleen is committed to employing, without discrimination, the most qualified individuals of the greatest ability.
