Site Accountant

Ensures accuracy of customer billing through auditing of invoices for adherence to prescribed policies and procedures. Also this associate is responsible for maintaining accounts payable and inventory accuracy.

You Will

Complete monthly and quarterly analysis. Explain all variances and develop action plans to reduce variances. Collect data, analyze and enter information into SAP for labor by line. Assist with the preparation of annual budget Ensure correct internal cost allocation and general ledger accounts have been assigned and correct all errors. Lead process improvement projects. Prepare and analyze weekly target monitor report. Receiving, handling, and solving questions or concerns from vendors. Maintain financial per corporate policy Generate and analyze daily expense and scrap report. Responsible for creating and maintining BOMs for plant Responsible for maintaining ISO standards Responsible for reporting food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action. All other duties as assigned. You Have

Team Oriented. Self motivated. Computer literate. Must posse’s strong verbal and communication skills. 4 year degree in Business / Accounting. Problem solving skills. Attention to detail.
