Sr Engineer - AI

Overview
The Enterprise Operations team which is part of Mastercard's Technology organization, is looking for a Senior Enterprise Engineer to support Generative AI Technology and Modern Messaging initiatives forward with consistent innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about GenAI, Data Security, and Data Privacy.
Role

This is a Senior IT Engineering role with the following
Challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead Mastercard's GenAI Technology initiatives within the GenAI & Modern Messaging team
Will be responsible for working with GenAI Technology lead supporting End Users, Technology Adoption, Change Management, and Internal Communication teams
Will be responsible for working with Messaging and Email leads supporting End Users, Technology Adoption, Change Management, Internal Communication, and M&A teams

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:

Must demonstrate an understanding of Generative AI , and LLM Technology
Be capable of developing and documenting use cases
Be skilled at explaining technical problems and solutions succinctly and clearly
Demonstrate experience with M365 Administration
Demonstrate Microsoft Viva Platform Administration
Demonstrate Microsoft Power Platform Administration
Demonstrate Microsoft M365 Copilot Administration
Demonstrate Microsoft Team Administration
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI a plus.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
