Join CoVantage Credit Union's dedicated IS&T team as a full time Service Delivery Technician at our headquarters in Antigo This individual will provide end-user technical support and service on company supported computer applications and platforms through the service desk.

Job Duties

  • Troubleshoots problems and advises on the appropriate action in a timely manner making sure that the service level is maintained to the standards set forth by the credit union.
  • Provides support on applications such as Microsoft Office or Windows, user profile issues, printing issues, Symitar core access issues, VDI and supported applications such as FLCS, BytePro, Temenos, and Credit Quest.
  • Produces activity reports and determines weak points in current processes.
  • Leads issue resolution for complex system issues as reported.
  • Maintains current knowledge of the various computer applications used at CoVantage Credit Union.
  • Is familiar with and adheres to all aspects and provisions of regulations and policies as they pertain to the individual's assigned duties.
This individual will have a schedule that contains a Saturday Service Desk rotation.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in information technology or computer science. 2 years' experience supporting technical service request resolution in lieu of degree, or A+ or equivalent certification
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow or equivalent help desk solution
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in providing customer service or help desk support
  • Ability to process complex information, analyze and solve complex technical problems
  • Ability to explain basic procedures in a clear and concise, easy to understand manner for a diverse customer base who utilize a variety of applications
