  • Maintains awareness of new methods and technologies that would improve quality.
  • Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
  • Establishes quality priorities and reviews as needed with Quality Manager
  • Ensures the appropriate quality training for plant personnel is available.
  • Addresses and follows through with in-house and customer issues.
  • Ensures that customer samples and prototypes are efficiently handled.
  • Works with production supervision and personnel to resolve quality matters.
  • Assist production floor personnel in the use of statistical techniques and in the use of gauges and fixtures.
  • Updates the Quality Manager of all quality related matters.
  • Directs all NCF products and schedule to make parts usable
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all duties
This full-time, salary role is a part of our Quality team and reports to the Quality Manager.

Required experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A) from four-year college or university; or two-five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
  • Microsoft Office at an intermediate level
  • Microsoft Project at a beginning level
  • Effective electronic communication skills are required
