Engineer

Responsibilities:
+ Analyze explanted biomedical implants to determine failure mechanisms.
+ Apply theoretical and creative techniques to identify root causes.
+ Meet deadlines across multiple assignments in a collaborative environment.
+ Mentor less experienced staff and assist with complex problems.
+ Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Surveillance teams.
+ Define necessary test equipment for quality responsibilities.
+ Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
+ Maintain positive communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree in Engineering required; Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
+ Engineering work experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of global medical device regulations and medical terminology is a plus.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and in teams while managing multiple tasks.
+ Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
