**General Purpose and Scope of Position:**

The Inventory and Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the plant inventory and warehouse operations, as well as, overseeing the shipment of all custom manufacturing products.

**Key Skills and Abilities Include:**

* B.S. in Business or equivalent degree preferred or At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

* 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CHEMICAL PRODUCTION UNIT MANAGEMENT AND/OR CHEMICAL WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT, INVENTORY CONTROL, AND PERSONNEL SUPERVISION.

* Proficiency with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows, Windows applications, and ERP order entry systems. Exposure to process control systems and data collection from process automation required.

* Experience must include in-plant inventory management. Must have previous customer contact experience and involvement in customer relationship management.

* Experience with packaging operations (IBC, DRUM FILLING), FILLING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS, and management of packaging operations.

* ISO-9001 required. Experience in ISO-Certified facility and understanding of ISO requirements on material tracking.

* APICS Certification desired; or in process of obtaining APICS certification

* Strong organization skills with strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments

* Ability to manage emotionally charged situations requiring resolution including responding professionally to common inquiries or complaints from sales staff and other employees, customers, regulatory agencies, suppliers, etc.

* Willingness to challenge the status quo to drive solutions

**Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:**

* Maintain and reconcile plant inventory

* Supervise and organize the warehouse

* Oversee shipments of ALL products

* Work with plant operations to coordinate shipping and reconcile inventory

* Work with operations and engineering to improve automated measurements of daily production and bulk inventories
