Join us as our new Production Operator

This position works directly on our production floor where you will be responsible for running production lines, ensuring a timely and quality product to our customer.

In this role you'll make an impact by:
  • Setting up and running production lines according to Standard Operating Procedures with an assigned crew.
  • Preparing and printing all production documentation electronically for assigned production lines.
  • Ensuring product being produced has correct batch numbers and expiration dates.
  • Troubleshooting and/or identifying equipment failures or problems and escalating appropriately.
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities using LEAN concepts and principles.
  • Maintaining our Safety-First culture by working in a safe manner and looking out for co-workers.
To succeed you must have:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to the production process including conversion of weight and volume in the metric system.
  • Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures and Single Point Lessons.
  • Good foundation in basic mechanical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers regarding the status of the production process.
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • High School Diploma, or GED.

Expected Pay Range: $19-$21/hour
