Job Description: The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and leading the front desk team to ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests. The ideal candidate will have flexible hours and be able to assist the manager in various tasks. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate with guests and team members. Marriott experience is preferred.

The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for:

Creating and implementing checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Using computer skills to manage reservations and guest information.

Answering phones and maintaining phone etiquette.

Handling problem resolution skills to address any guest complaints or issues that may arise.
