The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for solving complex problems.
Job Title: Contract Hardware Engineer Mid
Location: Plymouth, MN
What's the Job?
- Develop timing constraints to ensure circuit performance
- Conduct code synthesis and test insertion using industry-standard tools
- Provide technical support to customers and colleagues
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise
What's Needed?
- 8 years of experience in ASIC development and deployment
- Solid understanding of ASIC concepts and design principles
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams
- Background in BIST, DFT, physical synthesis, static timing analysis, and/or power analysis (a plus)
- Proficiency with Synopsys tools (Design Compiler, PrimeTime, DFT Compiler)
- In-depth knowledge of logic synthesis, functional verification, and constraint application
- Strong foundation in Linux and scripting languages
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and data organization skills
