Duties and Responsibilities

* Take and deliver customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. * Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and addressing any questions and concerns they may have. * Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests. * Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments. * Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service. * Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

* Experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally. * ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds. * A valid food handlers card.
