is seeking to hire an Administrative Asistant for our client in Westbrook, ME

$14.96-18.90/Hour
Shift Timings:
7:30AM – 4:00PM
8:00AM – 4:30PM
8:30AM – 5:00PM
Description:
Will need to be on-site in Westbrook two days per week so prefer a local candidate if possible.
This position will be supporting the Insights program, which includes updating Excel spreadsheets, sending communication to participants through Outlook, updating job aids in Word and downloading profiles from the Insights portal.

In This Role You Will:
Perform a variety of transactional/support activities in a Human Resources (HR) business unit/group/area/program.
Be generally assigned work in support of one or more of the following areas:
Leadership/Learning Development
Develop and implement core leadership and employee development programs and strategies.
Drive, implement and evolve the strategies and programs necessary to ensure a pipeline of leadership talent across the company.
Plan, organize and implement learning programs globally.
Work with key stakeholders to determine development needs and deliver solutions that drive performance, and continually improve Client Laboratories talent capabilities.
Deliver ongoing support, create sustainability and measure the effectiveness of learning programs throughout the organization.
Ensure learning systems meet business needs and provide excellent end-user experiences.
Organizational Development
Provide in-house content and consulting expertise on organization design, employee engagement, leadership assessments, performance and development planning, change management, culture change and other key HR processes as part of the global Organizational Development (OD) Center of Excellence (COE).
Talent Acquisition
Provide strategic and daily operational management of teams of recruiters and sources to ensure recruiting drives business results.
Partner with management to forecast and understand business needs, plan sourcing strategies to provide candidate pipelines, and align resources to support recruiting needs.
Perform most established procedures and will typically be considered semi-skilled through on-the job experience.
Work involves prescribed processes with opportunity for creativity and judgment within established procedures.
Perform duties with a moderate degree of supervision.
Resolve routine issues with senior staff or supervisory guidance and approval.
