Customer Success Partner

Controlled Holdings, an award-winning distributor of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Partner for our Jackson Systems (wholesale) division. If you excel in communication, enjoy solving problems, and have a passion for helping customers, this role offers a great opportunity to support our sales team and grow with us. Core Values: Start with people first Own it Solve problems at their core Never stop learning Operate with Urgency Demand excellence not perfection Work hard while having fun Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and voicemails, providing accurate information and resolving issues. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and message requests or any other customer requests for information. Enter customer orders into the ERP systems. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system. Understand our product offerings to effectively assist customers with their questions and provide accurate solutions. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with internal teams such as Shipping and Receiving to ensure customer needs are met efficiently (i.e. returns, etc.). What we are looking for: 1-2 years of customer service experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company. The Perks: Remote work environment – with IT equipment provided.
