  • Pay range - $0.98 to $23/hr

Job Description:
  • As an EHS Administrator (Environmental, Health, and Safety Administrator), you will support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department in ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • You will assist in administrative tasks related to EHS programs and initiatives, helping to maintain documentation, coordinate training, and support compliance efforts.

Key Functions:
  • Assist in maintaining EHS documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
  • Coordinate EHS training programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
  • Support the implementation of safety initiatives and programs to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  • EHS Administrator assists in conducting safety inspections and audits, documenting findings, and tracking corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and dissemination of safety communications, including newsletters, posters, and email updates.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests related to EHS issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for EHS meetings and management reviews.

Required Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years of experience in environmental health and safety or a related field (entry-level position).
  • Basic understanding of EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:
  • Internship or coursework related to EHS or occupational health and safety.
  • Familiarity with EHS management systems
  • Certification or training in EHS-related topics
  • Experience with EHS software or database management systems.
