We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a 125-day locum tenens assignment in New York. This role begins on Oct 27, 2025, and offers a full-time Monday through Friday clinic schedule, with day shifts from 8 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate will provide clinical care for hematology and oncology patients in an outpatient setting and contribute to a collaborative care environment. Job Details Location: New York Start Date: Oct 27, 2025 LOA: 125 days Provider Type Needed: Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, full-time Responsibilities and Duties Provide clinical care and management for hematology and oncology patients in a clinic setting Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care Additional Information Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in New York Board certification in Hematology and Medical Oncology required Previous experience in hematology and oncology clinical settings preferred Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
