Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Georgia. Ennoble Care's clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. Ennoble Care offers a variety of programs including, remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management, to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care by a team they know and trust. Responsibilities:

• Take care of and monitor prior authorization requests
• Communicate as needed with patients to obtain insurance information
• Answering phones, receives all referral and intake information.
• Complete referral/intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval.
• Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer.
• Check common working files for Medicare Coverage and verification of benefit period.
• Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
• Successfully collaborates and communicates with coworkers from various departments
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary.

Knowledge & Abilities:

• Knowledge of Insurances Knowledge of coding and clinical operating policies.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer systems, programs, and spreadsheet applications with proficient skills in computer navigation and typing.
• Ability to understand and interpret policies and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret medical charts.
• Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

• ICD-10: 1 year (Preferred)
• Prior Authorization: 1 years (Preferred)
