Store Customer Service Specialist

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction, while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value, with access potentially supervised or unsupervised. The Company reviews criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, contractors, and the public. The individual selected for this role will work at Store #701697, located at 2710 N Josey Ln, Ste 306 Carrollton, TX 75007. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future Able to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodations Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodations Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Drivers License High School diploma or GED At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish Sales Responsibilities Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and presenting products and services Build trust relationships with customers Process sales transactions accurately Meet sales goals regularly Maintain work order files and formulas Pull products from sales floor or warehouse Tint and mix products as specified Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load and unload delivery trucks; assist with deliveries as needed Maintain stock and presentation of areas Stay knowledgeable about products and options Follow inventory procedures Suggest sales improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr
