Ensure proper communication to appropriate parties.Ensures that the resident is comfortable and all needs and requests are being met.Promptly answers residents call lights and requests.Instills confidence in the resident by performing duties in a competent and caring manner.Maintains strong working relationships with other staff members throughout the facility.Maintains confidentiality of all resident and company information.Performs assigned tasks in accordance with acceptable standards of practice as defined by state regulations.Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.Perform other duties that may be assigned. Specific Requirements:Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information and any other personal information about the resident.Basic computer proficiencies are required. Examples are: ability to send and manage incoming emails; ability to turn computer on/off and operate a mouse; comfortable with opening, making changes to and saving documents.Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
