Report Analyst

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary
The Report Analyst is responsible for

reviewing, providing recommendations and helping make dataset actionable. This

position will review organizational trends and coordinate with their manager on

inconsistencies. Reports to the Report Development Manager for performance

evaluation.
Skills/Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related experience in data analytics.
Minimum of five (5) years data analytics experience
Minimum of one (1) year of predictive modeling experience
Minimum of two (2) years on creating organizational trends
Experience implementing an EHR system or similar large-scale implementation is required.
Experience working in IT and with an EHR system while employed by a medical/healthcare/hospital system.
Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
Expert communication skills both written and oral.
Experience developing rapport and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders required.
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives to successful outcomes within approved budget and timeline required.
Highly proficient with computer applications to include Microsoft Office products.
