Rate Range: $17-$18/Hr

Job Description:

  • As an Associate Print Production Coordinator, we are looking for you to bring a strong willingness to learn and coordinate print and client management.
  • Primary responsibility will be to communicate statuses, monitor, and handle production-related functions of direct mail campaigns.
  • Knowledge of print, postal standards, as well as experience in a fast-paced environment, is desired.
  • We service a wide variety of business lines; Bankruptcy, Class Action, Breach, Print Fulfillment, and Corporate Restructuring to name a few.
  • Additionally, you will be expected to build relationships intra- and inter-departmentally in either a remote or onsite environment.
  • You will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of getting notices printed and mailed.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn and adhere to Noticing Service’s development workflows and processes
  • Learn and adhere to the requirements and intricacies of mailings including but not limited to email campaigns, fax, inserting, folding, and printing
  • Learn and create mail merges and work with PDFs that will be sent to print
  • Manage emails in a clear, concise, and timely manner
  • Learn and meet quality standards and appropriately escalate project roadblocks
  • Learn and coordinate, organize, and track initial and recurring mailings
  • Learn and coordinate with internal and external vendors
  • Learn and complete monthly billing activities and purchase orders for supplies and services
  • Learn and provide statistics and reports to internal and external clients
  • Help determine the need to send a mailing or a portion of a mailing to various vendors for ink jetting, inserting, printing, folding, and mailing
  • Learn and create purchase requisitions for certain supplies and services
  • Attend meetings and communicate as required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of current and future mailings
  • Communicate with Clients regarding daily mailing requests
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/equivalent education or 2 years practical work experience
  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with the following:
  • o Windows platform
  • o Microsoft Office
  • o Adobe Acrobat
  • General Computer skills including copying, moving, deleting, and renaming files
  • Proven demonstrated ability to track complex details, work under a deadline, and maintain accuracy
  • Proven demonstrated ability to follow regimented instructions while learning new software
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; able to adjust for the intended audience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Any hands-on experience with the following is not required but would be preferred:
  • Familiarity with US Government Client standards and processes
  • Experience building relationships in a remote environment
  • Experience with mail merges or integrating data with print
  • Experience with project management software, such as Jira
  • Experience handling confidential/sensitive company information such as HIPAA or financial data
  • Knowledge of publishing, print, or design industries.
  • Any technical or development-related experience with SQL, Python, or JavaScript
