is seeking a qualified

Network Engineer

for our client, a large organization based out of Pennsylvania. They are seeking someone with experience in Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Cisco Contact Center.

Responsibilities :
Provide technical leadership in monitoring and overseeing Networking and Telecommunications equipment.
Implement and enforce network security protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with departmental staff to analyze operational procedures and recommend solutions.
Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions compatible with the organization's technology architecture.
Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Contact Center, and other related systems.
Mentor team members and provide input on the design of new applications.
Lead the development and monitoring of technical project plans.
Balance project work with supporting existing network infrastructure.
Identify network requirements through customer interviews and analysis.
Communicate needs for network reconfiguration and expansion to supervisors.
Install, maintain, and repair network equipment, performing troubleshooting as needed.
Provide users with network-related technical support and respond to inquiries.
Research and recommend hardware, software, and communication solutions.
Collaborate with vendors to find solutions that meet user needs.
Stay updated with industry trends and attend educational workshops.

Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree preferred.
5-7 years of related network and infrastructure experience required.
Cisco Unified Communications Systems experience
