Additional Information you would like to add: This position will be responsible for daily stats and productivity, as well as some month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

SPECIFIC E LEMENTS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for routine daily /weekly/monthly statistical tracking to facilitate financial discussions and analyses.

Build and maintain close working relationships with operations departments to assess and report performance.

Analyze variances to budget and historical trends.

Develop ad hoc reports to evaluate service lines and margins across operational units .

Assist CFO and ACFO in the analysis of productivity related projects .

Gather data and perform analysis on performance improvement , strategic business analysis, contract utilization and cost management .

Support revenue enhancement projects .

Prepare Monthly Operating Report for analysis of net revenue, operating expenses and statistical data .

Assist in preparing reports and presentations for b usiness p lans, f inancial p roforma, a nnual b udget, and b oard meetings.

Design reports that communicate performance, identify issues, and contribute to better management decisions .

Reconcile specific Balance Sheet accounts monthly.

Prepare reclass and accrual entries monthly .

Assist in completion of annual tax and cost report workpapers.

Other duties as assigned by Controller / Assistant Controller.

Demonstrate a positive attitude, personal initiative and motivation to achieve the goals of the department .

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree with focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics or an other Business-related field, required.

Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement .

EXPERIENCE

1 or more years of experience in relevant financial analysis preferred.

Advanced Excel skills preferred .

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required.

Knowledge of healthcare accounting and operations is helpful.
