About the Job:
The Workday Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Workday System, including, but not limited to, Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain modules. The incumbent will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Workday platform. The Workday Analyst will also play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and user training.
What You’ll Do:
Configure and maintain Workday modules.
Implement and customize business processes and reports.
Assist Release and Testing Manager to stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements, evaluating their impact on existing configurations and processes, and implementing necessary changes.
Identify opportunities for improving configuration of existing Workday features and drive ongoing efficiency and continued improvement in core configurations.
Participate in change management processes ensuring proper security for Workday changes moving to Production.
Develop and maintain data governance processes and documentation.
Continuously improve user adoption and satisfaction through effective communication and training initiatives
Who You Are:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field required. An additional four (4) years of the experience required below can be substituted for the required Bachelor’s degree
Licensure/Certification:
Workday Fundamental training required. Workday training post-hire required. Workday certification(s) preferred at time of hire.
Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Workday Analyst, with a deep understanding of Workday functionality required. Workday Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain experience preferred.
