Managing all purchasing activities, including vendor selection and contract management. Processing invoices and maintaining records. Supporting office operations and administrative activities. Providing customer service to personnel. Knowledge, skills, and abilities required: Knowledge of purchasing principles and practices. Skill in contract management. Ability to coordinate with key staff and manage multiple projects. Effective communication skills. Note: The Department of Military Affairs participates in the E-Verify program.
