The Marketing Coordinator provides support to Marketing in the goal of driving revenue growth, increasing retention and product adoption through effective marketing programs for our prospective and current customers and partners. The role involves working alongside and in support of the Marketing team.

Knowledge Understanding of hospitality and customer service excellence. Understanding of Rackspace Technologies’ strategic and competitive position.

Skills The ability to present solutions to challenges. Follow-through skills & strong attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. High energy, self-motivated, sense of urgency Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are essential. Team player - position is cross-functional and requires significant teamwork. Organization skills, managing many tasks from various Managers with competing deadlines and priorities Strong project, multi-tasking and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft Outlook Passionate for Customer Service and Hospitality Ability to build relationships quickly

Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 2-3 years of relevant customer service or other professional business experience required. General office environment. Moderate levels of stress may occur at times. May require long periods sitting and viewing a computer monitor. No special physical demands required.
