Why ChristianaCare?
You will provide back-office support to over 45 clinicians, including physicians, APCs, and hospitalists. You will be part of a small team within the Cardiology practice working to facilitate our outbound scheduling needs. Responsibilities include management of all appointment types, EHR message pools and general inbound calls. Ensure correct data entry of insurance and patient information. You will also be responsible for backing up our Inpatient Hospital coordinator with consult distribution and list management.
You will play an important part in ensuring patient satisfaction for Cardiology Consultants. You will be a positive contact point between ChristianaCare and our neighbors.
Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time Monday to Friday position between 8am to 4:30pm

Position Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Prior call center, customer service and medical office related experience preferred.
- Computer and key boarding skill required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
