IAM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our team. The IAM Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. The ideal candidate will have experience with Siteminder and preferably Forgerock.

Required Skills : Design and implement IAM solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for IAM. Perform user access reviews, audit, and compliance functions related to IAM. Develop and maintain IAM architecture, including directory services, single sign-on (SSO), and access management.
Basic Qualification : •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. •5+ years of experience in IAM design, implementation, and support. •Expertise in IAM products such as Siteminder and knowledge of Forgerock is a plus. •Familiarity with directory services, SSO, and access management concepts. •Strong understanding of IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. •Experience working with authentication and authorization technologies. •Experience with IAM integration with other systems such as HR and ERP systems. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
