DeBra-Kuempel combines the expertise of two of the tri-states oldest and most innovative companies, providing mechanical and electrical services to Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton, OH. Ashland, Lexington, Louisville, Maysville, and Paintsville, KY. Evansville, Indianapolis, IN, and the surrounding areas.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Ensure delivery vehicle is in a safe operating condition by completing the pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.

* Maintain a clean, safe environment in the cab as well as outside of vehicle, plus ensure gates and lift gate are secure to the vehicle.

* When not in use, all straps and blocking materials & tools are to be safely stowed in their proper place.

* Comply with all safe driving rules and traffic laws.

* Ensure that the materials on the truck are secure, properly strapped and blocked.

* Ensure that all paperwork is in vehicle when handling hazardous material.

* Performs material, tools and equipment pickup at suppliers for delivery to either the shop or jobsite.

* Ensure that all deliveries arrive in a timely manner.

* Check with Shipping/Receiving Supervisor or Dispatch for any additional pickup and/or deliveries.

* End of the day: make sure all delivery packaging is discarded in the proper container and all paperwork is turned in (pick/up delivery receipts, pre-post trip inspections).

* Assist with warehouse duties when needed.

**Requirements:**

* Work hours: 6:15 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Monday Friday (additional hours when necessary).

* Hold a valid CDL A drivers license,

* Current DOT Medical Card.

* Clean MVR.

* Physically able to lift 50 lbs.

* Team player.
