You will be keeping Guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. In addition to base pay you will also receive a free meal each shift. Must be 17 or older. Other Types of Compensation : Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance : Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits : 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
