Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator Join a dynamic distribution center specializing in the manufacturing of lights, where you will primarily operate forklifts and support the receiving and shipping processes. Responsibilities: Operate various types of forklifts including double deep reach trucks, clamp trucks, and order pickers. Perform loading and unloading of materials. Engage in picking and packing activities. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks. Essential Skills: Proficiency in operating double-deep reach trucks and clamp trucks. Experience in container unloading. Competence in material handling, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with stand-up and sit-down forklifts is advantageous. Flexibility in handling various warehouse duties. Why Work Here? Work Environment: The work environment spans a 140,000 square feet space within a rented section of the MCS building. You will join a small team of 12 people operating on two shifts: 6am-2:30pm and 8am-4:30pm. This role is for the 8am shift. Employees are expected to be versatile, working on equipment operation and manual packing tasks. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easton, PA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
