Overview of the Staff Accountant responsibilities:
  • Daily cash flow management, daily and monthly bank account reconciliations
  • Reconcile credit card statements and balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare and post journal entries for payroll, depreciation, month-end close, etc
  • Support quarterly close processes
Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Minimum three years of accounting experience
  • Thorough understanding of debits and credits, general ledger accounting, and cash flow accounting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Great Plains will be a major plus
The Staff Accountant position is fully onsite in Granger Indiana.
The salary range is $52,000.00 to $58,240.00.
