Job Summary:

HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is seeking a PRN Hospitalist Physician to become part of our team in Brooksville, FL in the greater Tampa Bay area.

Qualified Candidates:

* Quality candidates must be Board Certified or Board Prepared in IM or FM

Facility Information:

* 282-bed acute care hospital * Annual ED volume of 58,000 visits * 38-bed ED (22 main; 8 peds; 8 bed fast track) * Admission rate approximately 32% * Multi-specialty services and exceptional medical staff back-up * Advanced Primary Stroke Center accredited by The Joint Commission * Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI

Oak Hill Hospital's Emergency Room and Pediatric Emergency Room the only one in the region features one of the area's busiest ER services with more than 58,000 ER patients treated last year. Oak Hill has achieved several distinctions including: First in the nation to have achieved 100% board certified emergency nurses; 24/7 intensivist critical care coverage in its 36-bed ICU, accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI; Advanced Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission; comprehensive Women's Imaging Center with digital mammography; accredited Cancer Institute (ACoS CoC); Heart Failure accreditation (SCPC), comprehensive Orthopaedic & Spine Institute; Joint Commission certification for Hip & Knee Replacement and Spinal Fusion programs. Oak Hill Hospital's Graduate Medical Education include: Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Transitional Year.
