Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish. Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing immigration, PI, or Crimigration law. Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Successful completion of the bar exam. Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA). Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base. Solid communication and problem-solving skills required to work with clients, staff members, and senior attorneys. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Experience with immigration court proceedings, including asylum cases and removal proceedings, is highly desirable.
