Position Title: IT Infrastructure Director, Network and Cybersecurity

Position Summary:

The IT Director, Network and Cybersecurity, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. This includes hands-on management and strategic oversight of our hybrid cloud/on-premises environment, ensuring the security and resilience of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Implement and maintain robust IT policies and procedures to support business operations. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Cybersecurity Oversight: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect company assets. Manage and oversee EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) and MDR (Managed Detection and Response) systems. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and ensure proactive measures are in place.

Hybrid Cloud/On-Premises Environment: Manage and optimize a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment, ensuring seamless integration and operation. Leverage strong experience with Azure and AWS to support and enhance cloud infrastructure. Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across all IT systems.

Virtualization and Storage Management: Manage VMWare environments to ensure efficient virtualization of resources. Oversee storage solutions, with a strong emphasis on EMC storage systems. Implement and manage Site Recovery Manager for robust disaster recovery planning and execution.

Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Conduct regular disaster recovery tests and drills to ensure preparedness and effectiveness.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience as an IT Director or in a similar senior IT management role. Hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Strong knowledge and experience with EDR, MDR, vulnerability measures, and penetration testing. Demonstrated expertise in managing a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment. Extensive experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms. Strong experience with VMWare virtualization. In-depth knowledge of EMC storage systems. Experience with Site Recovery Manager and disaster recovery planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or VCP (VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
