•Engineer/build virtual services based on incoming requests

•Review infrastructure status for optimal performance

•Update/enhance existing virtual services in a timely manner to facilitate LOB releases

•Communicate with vendor on open cases or pending upgrades

•Work on 30 servers (mainly in windows)
