Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with AT&T services, is highly valued for this role. Responsibilities Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed according to schedule Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to minimize their impact Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and address any concerns promptly Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards Conduct thorough testing and quality checks before project completion Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within approved financial parameters Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change orders, and other relevant records
