Job Title: Quality Control EngineerJob Description

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer / Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Quality Control Manager and will perform or assist in a variety of quality control engineering and inspection work related to civil, structural, mechanical, piping, welding, NDE and/or electrical disciplines. This role demands support of design-build or heavy civil construction testing, inspection, supervision or management. You will also be required to support large public works projects, preferably with a civil background and steel inspection experience.

Hard Skills

+ Bachelors degree in engineering or CM

+ Five or more years of experience in the related field

+ Experience in support of design-build or heavy civil construction testing, inspection, supervision or management

+ Support of large public works projects, with civil background , preferably with steel inspection experience

+ Microsoft Office Suite, and MicroStation and/or AutoCad

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sylmar, California.

Work Environment

You will be expected to work 5 days a week, either in project trailers or onsite at the LA Metro underground construction sites.
