Position Summary: Cleaning manufactured home building facility. This includes cleaning bathrooms, offices, lunchroom, outside break areas. Must have prior experience

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Sweep & mop floors
  • Empty garbage's
  • Vacuum all offices
  • Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, sweep & mop)
  • Clean windows
  • Sanitize lunchroom tables & chairs
  • Clean microwaves
  • Dust
  • Stock all paper products
  • Empty trashes
  • Clean outdoor break areas
Qualifications:
  • Recent and relevant janitorial experience- Cleaning equal square footage facility
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to be self-managed and directed
  • Organized
  • Demonstrate positive attitude & willingness to help other on the team
  • Continuous willingness to learn and grow
  • High attention to Safety always and follow all company safety protocols and standards
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand on concrete for 8-10 hours a day
  • Must be able to work in dusty environments (sawdust, insulation, sheet rock dust)
  • Works in an environment that includes exposure to extreme temperatures and environmental elements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous movement

Ability to work bending, kneeling, crouching, and work with your hands above your head
