AMF Bakery is looking to hire an Electrical Technical Specialist to complete the execution of the final machinery checkout. With coordination support from Assembly and Engineering, the ITS will complete machinery installations at customer locations, as well as provide support for Assembly teammates at our manufacturing centers. English and metric tool sets/ lockable toolboxes are recommended30% Travel to complete onsite installationsPreferred Qualifications: Field service experience A solid electrical aptitude with demonstrated knowledge of NEC code and wiring techniquesKnowledge of various types of variable speed drives, sensors, conveyors, PLC, and human interfaces (incl. Rockwell and ABBasic machine shop and fabricating skills (incl. cutting and drilling of various materials, dismantling, repair, and re-assembly)PLC programming capabilities: Ability to understand existing programs, make required changes, and troubleshoot in real-timeUnderstanding of power transmission parts (bearings, motors, reducers, belts, pulleys), pneumatics (air cylinders, valves), hydraulics, and electrical circuits and how they work together.Working Conditions:Teammates must be able to stand on concrete floors for a minimum of eight hours.
