About DUOS
At DUOS, we are driven by the spirit of innovation and compassion. Together, we dream of a future where aging is not just about adding years to life, but life to those years.
We are a digital healthcare services company that integrates an otherwise fragmented network of government programs and insurance benefits into an accessible, unified platform that ensures equitable access to social needs services and preventative care that individuals would have otherwise foregone.
About the Head of Consumer (B2C) Marketing

Build out our marketing data and reporting infrastructure to ensure a strong analytic foundation to support data-driven decision making and campaign optimization

Oversee end-to-end campaign development, including upfront creative strategy, copywriting, and asset development
Partner seamlessly with our Product and Growth teams to ensure brand consistency and a seamless member experience
Lead the integration and management of all member marketing-related partners, including agencies, freelancers, consultants and vendors, as applicable

10+ years of relevant functional experience
Track record of exceeding user acquisition and retention goals
Experience in a high growth start-up environment and navigating change
Strong understanding of and bias for the quantitative side of consumer marketing and experience using data to drive campaign optimization
Willingness to lead the function as a player-coach while engaging cross-functional partners effectively

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
