Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nCino Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a deep understanding of the nCino Bank Operating System. As an nCino Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of the nCino platform to improve our banking operations. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for nCino solutions. Solution Design:

Design and propose nCino solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements. Implementation & Configuration:

Configure the nCino platform to meet business requirements, working closely with development teams to implement and test solutions. Process Improvement:

Analyze existing banking processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending nCino-based solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Training & Support:

Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the nCino platform and understand new functionalities. Project Management:

Manage and lead nCino-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans. Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, issues, and resolutions. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Utilize data analysis to generate insights and reports, aiding decision-making and strategic planning within the banking operations. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with the nCino platform. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in configuring and customizing the nCino platform; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Project Management:

Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certifications:

nCino certification(s) and/or Salesforce certification(s) are highly desirable. Preferred Attributes: Team Player:
