  • Estimated annual base pay: $64,200.00(minimum) - $80,300.00(midpoint) - $96,400.00(maximum) COLORADO & CALIFORNIA ONLY

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Operations Supervisor or looking to become one, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Large Metering Controls (CAN-FMU) on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm) at our Loves Park Campus in Loves Park, IL. . This area is a high mix / low volume operation with an expectation of quick turn around times. This role would also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement while supporting our CI team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting members to achieve daily build rates on the production floor
  • Managing new members, training programs and members progression in the role
  • Overseeing day to day operations of our team to ensure efficiency, productivity, & quality
  • Monitoring and managing daily metrics for the department
  • Overseeing production metrics, on time delivery and production schedules
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects
  • Ensuring product specifications are being met per customer requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quick turn around times expected

What We Are Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Previous leadership experience is required
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or operations role is required
  • Strong ability to work with and manage new teams and members and diverse groups
