We are looking for: A dynamic team player to manage the day-to-day clinical aspects with the Director of Nursing to promote a positive culture, quality customer service, and exceptional care for the residents of RM+V.

Responsibilities of the (RN) Unit Manager:

Excellent supervisory/managerial skills
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
work closely with your team to establish smooth practices and facilitate exceptional care of our residents

Qualifications of the (RN) Unit Manager:

Experience as a Unit Manager in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting.
Have an active, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania
Strong leadership skills
