NNEES Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

1) Receives, offloads and processes delivery shipments. Operating both an electric and diesel forklift. Creates receipts and labels, tracking packages for both onsite and for customer pickup using onsite inventory tracking system. Position provides oversite and manages a small crew of 2-4 individuals to ensure goals are met with accuracy and in a timely manner.

2) Represents the Agency in all interactions with other members of the Goodwill community and with the general public, supporting the agency Vision of creating sustainable communities that thrive through the fullest participation of their diverse residents.

3) Furthers the organizational commitment to triple bottom line results: integrating social, economic and environmental goals into thinking, planning and actions.

Compensation: $22.00 Plus $4.57 H&W

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Criminal Record Background Check that satisfies Goodwill NNE and Federal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior Shipping and Receiving experience.
  • Prior experience with inventory tracking systems.
