Reviews, recommends, reports and implements programs to ensure that the project meets contractual obligations and compliance issues. Analyzes processes and procedures to optimize performance. Defines and sets operational goals. Prioritizes assignments and adjusts or adapts service delivery as needed. May supervisor staffUnderstand all technical aspects of the operational unitsMaintain knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies related to welfare and workforce programsMaximize performance and productivityDirect/delegate staff responsibilities to meet and/or exceed performance standardsFacilitate meetings with partners to promote full, frequent communicationReview staff performance and recommend corrective actions as neededCoordinate training activities to ensure that all operations staff are properly trained to implement project activities effectivelyParticipate in development and maintenance of standard operating proceduresQualificationsRelated Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in workforce service programs (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Workforce Investment Act, One-Stop Operation)Experience organizing, planning and developing program operations at a supervisory levelDemonstrated customer service skillsDetailed program knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent leadership, interpersonal and human resource management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work with culturally diverse populationsAbility to work flexible hours and travel between operation sites, attend meetings, events as directedAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
