Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of kitchen and bathroom remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our award-winning team and assist with our national expansion

he Corporate Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for various positions across our sister companies within the Renovo umbrella. This role will primarily focus on building strong relationships with hiring managers at sister companies to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic talent acquisition support. You'll participate in various stages of the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting initial screenings.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers at sister companies to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for candidate selection and interviewing techniques.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Renovo Corporation, promoting our employer brand and values to potential candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
  • Utilize various platforms and tools to source potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate information within our applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company's brand and culture.
  • Provide assistance with onboarding new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a corporate recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a large organization or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to sister company locations as needed.
