Identifica anomalías a medida que surgen y usa su juicio basado en reglas y procedimientos para resolver. Para problemas complejos, puede escalar a los miembros principales del equipo PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES: Dentro de las principales responsabilidades del cargo encontramos: Coordinar espacio en el avión para los envíos de RESOL 3196/11 Reporte semanal del Load factor con datos de los vuelos diarios. Coordinar posiciones para el vuelo de LAN desde EZE y SCL a VCP / MEM. Coordinar tipo de contenedores con ITC Transferencias de equipos vacíos / Mantener Stock Transferencias de carga, Ej: Air Class Informar sobre demoras de vuelo y/o cambios de ruta ( es la primera persona que se entera ) Compartir con Rampa medidas de carga ya sea para paletizar o para transferir al Feeder Confirmar reservas vs espacio en el avión Ingresar diariamente al sistema las guías aéreas e información Manejar los impuestos y derechos de aduana e informar a los clientes sobre los pagos generados. Recopilar información para diferentes reportes de la empresa. Preparar documentación de paquetes Asistir a los clientes resolviendo las preguntas básicas que se generen referentes a las características de los servicios. Desarrollar diferentes tareas de archivo Garantizar que todos los trámites y los requisitos de informes (en línea o manuales) sean completos , precisos y oportunos. Utiliza herramientas definidas para realizar el escaneo, la grabación y la transferencia de datos según sea necesario. Llevar a cabo con seguridad las tareas operativas, incluidas la carga y descarga, en línea con procedimientos estándar de la empresa y requisitos legales. Adherirse a las políticas y procedimientos estándar, incluida la salud y la seguridad, los productos peligrosos, la conducción, requisitos y normas de seguridad de la aviación y de manejo de aeronaves según sea necesario. Se asegura de estar pendiente de actualizaciones y cambios a procedimientos y regulaciones. Trabajar estrechamente dentro del equipo para garantizar un flujo óptimo de los procesos operativos en los plazos requeridos. Contacto limitado con clientes o personal externo. Realizar procedimientos y procesos definidos con precisión e integridad. Asegurar el tiempo , compromisos y cumplimiento de los plazos. Los procesos pueden incluir el uso de procedimientos manuales locales, sistemas regionales, internacionales o globales. Verificar datos y completa comprobaciones de procedimiento contra procesos o criterios predefinidos para garantizar la precisión y la calidad. Utilizar herramientas y equipos apropiados según sea necesario. Puede tomar decisiones relacionadas con verificaciones de procedimiento, incluidas situaciones en las que el resultado no está claramente indicado. Buscar el apoyo de los miembros principales del equipo según sea necesario. Proporcionar comentarios sobre procesos y procedimientos de forma proactiva, haciendo recomendaciones para la mejora continua a miembros del equipo senior Estas responsabilidades son las principales o las que se realizan con mayor frecuencia.
